Before leaving Hiroshima we ate okonomiyaki.
Okonomiyaki is an Hiroshima specialty. It is kind of like a pancake with egg,
bacon, cabbage and your favourite ingredients!
I added cheese to mine, Mom and Carla added kimchi (spicy Korean cabbage)
