The Journey begins...

It is 8am Saturday morning and I am anxiously awaiting my flight to China. In true Nicole fashion I didn't start packing until almost midnight last night and didn't finish until 3am. But I must say in the last two years I have come miles in the art of packing light. Nicki- you would be proud!!

This trip is a little different as I will be joining a tour. The travel company is called Intrepid Travel and I have heard all good things about them! I am taking the tour called A Taste of China! http://www.intrepidtravel.com/trip.php

That's all for now! It's time to head to the train station!! China- Here I Come!!

Hi Nicole:
I'm glad that you are back blogging. Jim and I were very impressed with how beautiful a geisha you are!! Of course, with all the Shaw genes how can you lose. We look forward to the posts from China.
We just signed up for a transatlantic 15 day cruise from Dover England (going to Amsterdam, Paris, Bruges, Glasgow, Dublin, Cork, St John's, Halifax and New York). We leave on Sep 8th.
Can you believe that your mom and Carla booked the flight without my assistance??
Enjoy your journey...we'll talk later.
David and Jim

Hi Nicole,

Well Steve Charbonneau had to help me get on the bloggy thing with my comment. I was checking to make sure you are o.k. so far on your trip. I guess I can send Dave and Jim a hello via your Blog as they don't return phone calls...to people who booked independently of Bellair Travel. So ....we are waiting for somemore news from China. Gee David and Jim's trip sounds really nice. I would tell them so if they called me.....bye for now. Love you my sweet Geisha girl.
